114-2 學期 學生住宿資料登錄(含延修生)更新時程公告 (Announcement of the Update Schedule for Student Housing Information Registration (Including Extended-Study Students) for Semester 114-2)

2026 年 2 月 23 日 學務處生活暨住宿輔導組(生住組)

(一)請各班導師協助督促同學於第五週03.27(五)前完成住宿資料更新及修正(含延修生)，並掌握學生之賃居等相關資料。

(二)學期間各項住宿資料如有異動，請隨時更正，以維護資料之正確及完整性，俾利發生緊急事件時之通知、聯繫及協處事宜。

(三)如學生因未完成休學手續或未曾到課等因素，無法完成住宿資料更新，請導師協助填寫附檔申請表(學生住宿資料更新率修改申請表)，填寫完成後，請mail至承辦人信箱：y700529@hk.edu.tw，即可協助系統後端進行資料更新。

★學生填寫路徑(附件1)：

  1. 弘光首頁→在校學生→學生整合資訊系統(新)→輸入「學號」、「密碼」登入系統→選擇「學務」項下之學生綜合資料輸入，下拉頁面至「住宿資料」，依序填寫完畢後存檔。

★新增學生填寫便捷路徑(附件2)：

  1. 學校e指通APP→e指通首頁→選資訊服務→選學生綜合資料輸入→下拉至「住宿資料」填寫→填完後下拉至最後按「存檔」。
  2. 弘光首頁→在校學生→學生整合資訊系統(新)→輸入「學號」、「密碼」登入系統→按上方彈跳出視窗提醒中的「前往更新」，下拉頁面至「住宿資料」，依序填寫完畢後存檔。

★導師查詢路徑：

  1. 查詢更新率%：校務資訊系統(舊)→學務→B05住宿(賃居)管理系統→報表→賃居生住宿完整性統計表(即時現況)
  2. 查詢學生個人住宿資料：校務資訊系統(舊)→學務→B05住宿(賃居)管理系統→報表→學生住宿名冊(導師用)

 

Announcement of the Update Schedule for Student Housing Information Registration (Including Extended-Study Students) for Semester 114-2

 

  1. Class advisors are requested to assist in urging students to complete the update and correction of their housing information (including extended-study students) by Friday, Week 5 (March 27, 2026). Advisors should also ensure they have accurate information regarding students’ rental and housing arrangements.
  2. If there are any changes to housing information during the semester, please update the records promptly to maintain accuracy and completeness of the data, so as to facilitate notification, contact, and assistance in the event of an emergency.
  3. If a student is unable to complete the housing information update due to reasons such as not having completed the leave-of-absence procedures or never having attended classes, advisors are requested to assist in filling out the attached application form (Application Form for Modification of Student Housing Information Update Rate). After completing the form, please email it to the responsible staff member at: y700529@hk.edu.tw, so that the system backend can be updated accordingly.
